SV Cay Michele

A 1981 Hardin Voyager 45 — one of just 130 ever built. Classic bluewater sailing with modern luxury.

Handcrafted beauty, built for the ocean

SV (sailing vessel) Cay Michele is a 1981 Hardin Voyager 45 — a full-keeled, heavy displacement staysail ketch designed in the 1970s by Bill Hardin and beautifully built in Taiwan.

She is hull No. 92 of just 130, crafted for exceptional comfort in all ocean conditions and designed as a true bluewater voyager.

Her interior showcases handcrafted teak throughout, with ornate carvings on every door and elegant trim that creates a warm, timeless atmosphere.

The unique layout offers a bright, spacious salon along with a luxurious aft cabin and head, complete with a bathtub — a rare find on a sailing vessel.

Meticulously maintained throughout her life, Cay Michele has recently undergone extensive structural and safety refits, including all new standing and running rigging.

While she retains her classic charm, she's also equipped with modern comforts such as a generator, air conditioning, hot showers, and a Bluetooth sound system.
